Horace Nebbercracker Fandom

old man from monster house

Provoked, she attempted to chase them off as Nebbercracker tries to stop her, only to be knocked out as she stumbled and fell into the unfinished basement with her body accidentally being coated in cement, suffocating her. Nebbercracker then finished the house's construction in Constance's memory, but her vengeful spirit soon merged with it. Over the years, Nebbercracker feigned aggression to protect innocent people from her. Observing a group of children in Halloween costumes nearby, he realizes he doesn't have much time, and approaches his house.

Appearance:

She lost her footing and fell to her death in the house's foundations, her body becoming buried beneath layers of cement. Nebbercracker finished the house, believing that it was what Constance would have wanted, before discovering that Constance's angry ghost had made the house come to life. To keep children away from the dangerous house, Nebbercracker pretended to be a child-hating old man. The trio consults supernatural expert Reginald "Skull" Skulinski, who speculates the house must be a rare type of monster created by the fusion of a human's spirit and a man-made object that can only be unbound when its heart is struck. Ascertaining that the presumably-deceased Nebbercracker is the cause, the trio construct a dummy filled with cough syrup Chowder stole from a pharmacy owned by his father. They offer the dummy to the house to eat, hoping to put it to sleep so they can find its "heart" (its furnace).

Storyline

Later on, when DJ and Chowder sought to investigate the house, Chowder, who doesn't believe strange things that occurred inside the house, starts to fool around on the house's lawn. They discovered Bones' empty bottle but dismissed it and toss it aside, unaware that the possessed grass on the lawn pulled it underground. Everything seems normal until Chowder pressed the bell, and the house awakened. The door (the mouth) suddenly opens, revealing its interior's fractures, and shifts into a mouth-like cavern. Even the house's exterior turned into a demonic form while retaining its former appearance. The horrified Chowder is then chased by the house's rug (the tongue) that acts like a chameleon's tongue, and barely escapes.

DJ has considered abandoning the case after being fed up with the argument, only to be unexpectedly hit by an ambulance by accident which turned out to be hijacked by the still-living Nebbercracker. DJ was happy that he didn't cause the old man to be killed, but only crippled him instead. Nebbercracker then lashed out to the trio to leave, but his wrath quickly changes into worry as he realised that it was Halloween and kids would be approaching his house.

Nebbercracker proceeds by lifting him upwards and unleashed several tantrums on his face. This, however, made a great mistake; due to his elderly age, he forgot that his body is no longer able to endure the boy's weight and he had a heart attack at the same time. One day, when Chowder's basketball accidentally flew into Nebbercracker's lawn and prompts DJ to bring it back, Nebbercracker ambushes and storms toward him. DJ tries to calm him down, but this does not change Nebbercracker's mind to scare him further. Nebbercracker proceeds by lifting him upwards and unleashing several tantrums on his face. The plot centers around three children who discover that a house in the neighborhood has become possessed by a ghost, turning the building into a living, breathing, scary monster. She's a sweet girl who studies at Westbrook Preparatory School and is selling candies at homes before Halloween kicks in. The day of Halloween, she meets DJ and Chowder after they save her from almost getting herself killed by the Monster House.

Landers and Lister then inadvertently foil the plan as the former discovers the stolen medicine; as they attempt to arrest the trio, the house soon eats them all. Separated from the officers, the children explore the sleeping house and end up in its basement. They find all the toys Nebbercracker had stolen and a shrine to his wife, Constance the Giantess, whose skeletal remains are encased in cement. The house soon awakens and attacks them, but they trigger its gag reflex by grabbing its uvula equivalent (a chandelier), forcing it to vomit them outside.

This became worse when she is in her monstrous and deranged final form as she is strong enough to destroy an excavator. Constance Nebbercracker, also known as the Monster House, is the titular main antagonist of the 2006 Columbia Pictures computer-animated film of the same name. As in most ghost stories, the fright stands in for other emotions — grief, disappointment, loneliness — and the film’s climactic sequences combine hair-raising sensation with dreamy and delicate pathos.

Horace Nebbercracker, also known as Mr. Nebbercracker, or Nebbercracker to some characters, is the overarching protagonist of the 2006 animated film Monster House. Her tongue resembles a red elongated carpet, a chandelier resembling a uvula, and a green throat which is an opened pit with sharp boards circling. The house remains still until morning, though DJ and Chowder continue to watch it from DJ’s room for hours even with Zee’s interference and resort to peeing in bottles, so they won’t miss any of the possessed house’s activities.

Monster House welcomes kids and adults alike into a household full of smart, monstrous fun. Monster House is a 2006 Halloween-themed American computer generated animation movie, directed by Gil Kenan. It features the voice talents of Steve Buscemi as Nebbercracker, Mitchell Musso as DJ, Sam Lerner as Chowder, Spencer Locke as Jenny, Maggie Gyllenhall as Zee, Jon Heder as Skull and Jason Lee as Bones. While they agree with people that DJ might be crazy, they nevertheless love him and try to do what's best for him. In the aftermath, the quartet gather at the house's still-intact basement, returning everything Nebbercracker stole to their rightful owners.

From adulthood, Nebbercracker was a rather caring and understanding person, looking passed the overweight appearance of Constance who was treated as sideshow attraction; to the point of even falling in love with her and taking her from her former life. He soon found a place where the two of them could build a life for themselves, where he also built his house. St. Petersburg Police Department said on Friday just after 12 p.m., officers were called out to a house about a shooting. Constance hates Jenny because she helped DJ and chowder to stop her evil plan and was the one who cause herself to throw her, DJ and chowder out of the house.

As the boys leave, Chowder states that Nebbercracker will find a way to get his life back on track. Nebbercracker assured her that he would protect her to the best of his ability. As the children started throwing eggs at her, Constance went berserk, despite Nebbercracker’s attempts to calm her down, and she fell into the basement, getting covered in cement as well, killing her. Though still furious, the house calmed down, and they had a brief conversation.

Chowder looks behind, where the house became more deformed than it previously was before returning to normal. DJ urges Nebbercracker to let Constance go on to the afterlife for the better. Nebbercracker is uneasy about this, stating that he’ll have no one if he lets her go, but DJ convinces him otherwise.
